“The nursing department was the best. They were incredibly kind,attentive and consistent in checking on me throughout the day. Kenneth the social worker was also amazing and he got me a wheelchair. Luigi at the front desk was also fantastic and very welcoming. I truly appreciate the care from everyone here.”

“03/17/1026 My mom recently completed her recovery/therapy at this facility, and overall, I am pleased. While there were some concerns during her stay, I was impressed how quickly the General Manager Cory Bayless reached out to me to address my concerns. It was refreshing knowing that he genuinely cared, and immediately wanted to hear what the issues were so they could get addressed and resolved quickly. I give Cory Bayless a 'five-star' as a General Manager. I would also like to specifically recognize some others as 'five-star' individuals during my mom's stay: Neosha (RN), who was very pleasant and just an overall caring nurse; Tamara (RN), who immediately addressed a concern; Kim (RN), very nice nurse; Paul (CNA), awesome man, a go getter, great at his job; Rayquelle (CNA), responds quickly, very caring and nice lady; Kimmietta (CNA), very sweet and caring; Luigi (Receptionist), great guy all around; Dee (Receptionist), she's just awesome and great lady; Martha (Housekeeping Manager), very nice lady, addressing issues to get resolved; Keonta (Housekeeping), nice young man and hard working. I recommend don't hesitate to talk and get to know each and every person no matter what position they're in. A little communication goes a long way. Every person's voice matters no matter what rank/position, along with trust and respect. A facility that comes together where all voices are heard is way more effective and makes everyones jobs much easier. It will be nice to know that this facility will continue to succeed and progress, for all residents current and future and family members to be at ease. This can only be done if there's communication.”
